Discover all the secrets of fresh pasta I learnt from 2 professional grandmas (one from Tuscany and the other from Sicily) in my kitchen, overlooking Florence.

Menù: using seasonal ingredients you'll prepare the 3 most important doughs:
eggs dough, semola dough and potatoes dough.
With the first one you'll make stuffed pasta like mezzelune or cappellacci, with the second many pasta shapes like pici, cavatelli rigati, ghirlande and a secret shape with a Florentine touch, with the third dough you'll make potatoes gnocchi.
Moreover you'll cook 3 different sauces like cacio & pepe, hand made pesto and seasonal sauce.
Time: morning session (10:00 am - 2:00 pm) or afternoon session (3:30 pm - 7:30 pm)
