Menù: using seasonal ingredients you'll cook potatoes gnocchi with cacio & pepe sauce, orecchiette made with semola flour and seasoned with hand made pesto, the fancy pink ravioli stuffed with your favorite seasonal ingredients.
Time: morning session (10:00 am - 2:00 pm) or afternoon session (3:30 pm - 7:30 pm)
