A cultural and culinary experience about ancient local food, a gastronomic walk through the deep roots of Tuscan cuisine in a familiar, friendly, safe and relaxing enviroment.
Immerse yourself in the myths, legends, symbols and recipes of an ancient Tuscan civilization, the Etruscans, who lived in Italy some 2,800 years ago. They chose Fiesole, my hometown, to build one of their village, calling it Vipsul.

- Menù: using seasonal and local ingredients we'll prepare an entire Etruscan banquet. Two starters, the Etruscan bread with a secret ingredient inside, an ancient recipe of fresh pasta 100% hand made (no rolling pin) a sauce and a dessert with an Etruscan touch.
- Time: morning session (10:00 am - 2:00 pm) or afternoon session (3:30 pm 7:30 pm).
