- Fresh pasta: mezzelune filled with local ricotta cheese and organic lemon zest
- Sauce: traditional mortar made pesto (basil, garlic, oil, parmigiano cheese, toasted pine nuts)
- Meat dish: Pollo alla Cacciatora, the local chicken dish slow cooked into Chianti wine and veggies
- Dessert: Florentine gourmet chocolate bites
