Four Roots, One Table

Four regions, four family roots, celebrating Italy's UNESCO food heritage

This experience was born at my table, long before it became a cooking class.

I grew up with four Italian regions in my hands and in my memory:
Lombardy, Tuscany, Lazio and Sicily.
Four kitchens, four rhythms, one shared way of understanding food: as care, time and connection.

With Four Roots, One Table, I invite you to travel through Italy not as a tourist, but as a guest.
We cook together, we taste slowly, we share stories and gestures that belong to everyday Italian life.

This is my personal way of celebrating Italy's food culture, recognized by UNESCO, through family roots and lived experience rather than recipes alone.

It is not about perfection.

It is about presence, flavors, and the joy of sitting at the same table.
