Xmas Special Menu

All the recipes will be made from scratch and are part of my family traditions during Xmas holiday. 

You're gonna use only local, organic and seasonal ingredients.

Fresh pasta: Mezzelune (similar to ravioli but with a half moon shape) filled with local roasted squash, rosemary, garlic and Parmigiano reggiano cheese

Sauce: The Sunday Sauce with fresh butter (made from scratch) and sage 

Meat dish: The Special Xmas chicken baked in the oven with apples, plums, walnuts, wine and much more

Dessert: Nonna's Lemon Biscotti "S" shape (we usually prepare them as Xmas gift for people we love
